£17m Arsenal star Lucas Perez subject to £3m per season offer from Turkish giants

Fenerbahce are stepping up their efforts to sign out-of-favour Arsenal striker Lucas Perez.

According to the Turkish outlet Fotomac, the Spanish striker is keen on a move away from the Gunners after failing to establish a place in the starting lineup.

Fotomac goes onto state that Fenerbahce have set aside a £3.5 million per season contract offer for Lucas Perez. Fenerbahce will also be able to promise the 28-year-old first-team football.

Perez made the move to Arsenal from Deportivo for £17 million (BBC) last summer.

The report goes onto state that Fenerbahce are panning major revisions to their team over the summer transfer window.

Fenerbahce are likely to replace Dick Advocate at the end of the season and will revamp their squad. The Yellow Canaries suffered early exits from the UEFA Champions League and Europa League.

Perez scored just one goal in 11 Premier League appearances this season.

Fener find themselves in third place in the Turkish league, 11 points behind leaders Besiktas.
