£20m Manchester City star heads off to New York
Manchester City star duo Ilkay Gundogan and Gabriel Jesus have taken a break from their recovery to take a trip to New York.
Gundogan has been ruled out for the remainder of the season following a knee injury he suffered back in December. The Germany international is targeting a return for the pre-season tour in America.
Gabriel Jesus meanwhile suffered a foot injury after making a stunning start to his City career. The Brazil international is unlikely to feature again this season.
The duo recently showed off Man City’s new sleeve sponsors. The pair traveled to New York shortly after for more promotional work.
Gundogan and Jesus took time out to watch New York City FC’s clash with Montreal.
