3. Versatility

Due to the Black Eagles current injury problems Özyakup has had to fill in as a central, defensive and attacking midfielder at times this season. The 22-year-old is an attack minded central midfielder by trade but has improved defensively this season averaging 1.7 tackles and 1.7 interceptions per-gamge in all competitions. The Turkish international has worked on his strength and is more assiduous compared with last season. The Beşiktaş star has shown a willingness to take on any position assigned to him and has started developing into one of the teams leaders.
