3. Experience
Despite being relatively young for a manager (46), Slaven Bilic has already enjoyed a successful spell as Croatia national team boss where he famously blocked England’s route to EURO 2008. Bilic has also managed Hajduk Split, Lokomotiv Moscow and Beşiktaş at club level. The former West Ham United player has experience managing both in the Europa League and UEFA Champions League.
