£65m Chelsea bid for Everton star Lukaku could result in Turkish deal stalling

Chelsea are set to offer Loic Remy in additional to £65 million for Everton star Romelu Lukaku according to the Express.

Per the source, the Blues are convinced that the deal will go ahead and Antonio Conte is quoted as saying: “I think in the future something can happen with the transfer market, in and out.

“We know that in the future, different changes can happen, both in and out, with the players.”

The deal would result in Besiktas’ efforts to sign Remy stalling but the Daily Mail. report that Chelsea will offer just the transfer fee and would instead transfer list the French striker if the deal goes ahead.

The Black Eagles president Fikret Orman will travel to London to hold a meeting with Chelsea and he was reported to discuss the possibility of Remy joining as well.

The Istanbul giants are hoping the Blues accept a cut-price deal for the striker considering he will be deemed surplus to requirements if he is not involved as part of the Lukaku deal according to Lig Tv.

Besiktas are in the transfer market for a striker after Mario Gomez revealed he will not return to the club following the end of his loan from Fiorentina.
