'Any club who wants Sniejder will have to pay €20m'

Wesley Sneijder’s agent Guido Albers has stated that clubs will need to pay the €20 million release clause if they want to sign Wesley Sneijder from Galatasaray.

“The Galatasaray board told me that they won’t sell Sneijder,” the agent told Bugun TV.

“Wesley loves Galatasaray and the fans. Both he and his wife Yolanthe want to stay in Istanbul.

“If Juve are really interested in him then they’ll have to negotiate with the Galatasaray board, not with me.

“Also, any club who wants him will have to pay the €20m release clause in his contract. Not €5m, €10m or €12m.”

Juventus, Manchester City and Manchester United are reported to be keeping tabs on the Netherlands international.

Sneijder joined Galatasaray from Inter in 2013 for €8 million and still has just under two-years left on his contract.
