Liverpool humiliated La Liga champions Barcelona with a 4-0 victory at Wembley as part of the International Champions Cup.
Arda Turan stated for Barcelona and his Instagram post pretty much summed up the mood in the team camp following the heavy defeat.
Turan shared a picture on Instagram looking visibly upset alongside the caption: “Don’t get on my nerves.”
The Liverpool win must really have got to him!
Turan played 60 minutes against the Reds but he will be wanting to forget about his display. To be fair Barca were poor in general and the entire team deserves criticism.
Germany international of Turkish origin Emre Can started for the Reds and played the first half.
Barcelona will have to show a marked improvement by 12 August when they take on Sevilla in the Supercupa de Espana.
Liverpool meanwhile take on North London giants Arsenal in their opening game of the Premier League next weekend.
