Barcelona have arrived at the Narita International Airport in Yokohama  ahead of the FIFA World Club Cup tournament set to be held in Japan.

The team was greeted by hundreds of fans in the airport after completing their 13 hour flight.

The entire squad made the trip including Arda Turan who has yet to make his debut for the Champions League title holders despite joining on a five-year deal from Atletico Madrid over the summer.

Turan is currently restricted from playing due to the FIFA transfer ban imposed on the club. Barcelona will be able to register the bearded winger when the transfer window opens in January.

The Turkish international winger trained with the team ahead of Barcelona’s opening clash against Chinese giants Guangzhou Evergrande.

Every member of the squad including Turan took part in the training session in front of 240 kids except the injured Neymar and Douglas.

The World Club Cup is a tournament held between the champion clubs from each of the six continental confederations, as well as the national league champion from the host country – Japan.
