Arda Turan is waiting on an offer from Chelsea before responding to the deal tabled by Manchester United according to the Express.

The report states that Arda has set his sights on a move to Stamford Bridge and would prefer a move to London over Manchester.

The Express also state that Chelsea may use Juan Cuadrado as part of the deal which brings the Turan to England.

The Turkish international has been heavily linked with a move to the premier League after confirming that he will be leaving Atletico Madrid this summer.

Barcelona reportedly struck a deal with the 28-year-old however, the former Galatasaray man dismissed the rumours on his official twitter page yesterday evening.

The Turkish international has two years remaining on his contract with Atleti and has a release clause worth €41 million. Turan provided six assists and scored three goals in 46 appearances for Atletico Madrid in all competitions last season.
