The Turkish international midfielder Arda Turan will be a boost Barcelona according to Neymar. The Brazilian star also stated that it has been hard on Arda not being able to play for the past six months.
“It has been hard for them not to be able to play for six months, but it shows how much they want to play for Barcelona,” Neymar told 7DAYS.
“They both have exceptional quality, and to get two new players like that for the second half of the season is going to be big for us.”
The bearded winger has not been able to play for Barcelona since joining on a five-year deal from Atletico Madrid over the summer but he has been in great form for Turkey.
Turkey are unbeaten in their last 11 games winning eight and drawing three – Turan has featured in 10 of those games scoring three times and providing four assists.
Barcelona fans will have to wait until January to see Turan play for his new club for the very first time. The club will be able to register the 28-year-old once the FIFA ban is over next season.
