Arsenal and Besiktas target Casillas to stay put

The Real Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas is to stay put at Real Madrid according to his agent Carlos Cuitropia.

“My client is not going anywhere,” Cuitropia is quoted as saying by the Milliyet.

Beşiktaş President Fikret Orman recently stated that he turned down the chance to sign Casillas.

“There is no doubting what Casillas has won and what a great keeper he is but we want hungry players to take us forward and have made the mistake of signing these types of players before,” Orman was quoted as saying in the Fanatik.
