Arsenal receive competition in pursuit of £26m Barcelona target, summer exit looks likely
Fenerbahce are plotting a move for Barcelona star Arda Turan according to reports in Turkey.
Haberturk sports editor Faik Cetiner is known for his close ties to Yellow Canaries president Aziz Yildirim.
Cetiner revealed that Yildirim promised Aykut Kocaman Turan before he left the club four years ago.
Kocaman was recently appointed Fenerbahce manager for the second time and Cetiner hinted that a move for Turan could be back on the cards.
Aziz Yıldırım, 4 yıl önce Aykut Kocaman’a ” Gitme sana Arda Turan’ ı alayım ” demişti.. İstermisiniz teklifi tekrar etsin..

Turan’s move to Fenerbahce would be hugely controversial if it were to materialise as he is a Galatasaray legend.
Galatasaray and Fenerbahce have one of the deepest rivalries in Turkish football.
Mundo Deportivo meanwhile report that 30-year-old is not keen on a return to Turkey.
Barcelona want £26 million [€30m] for Turan according to ESPN and Arsenal are reported to have expressed a keen interest in the attacking midfielder.
Per the source, the La Liga giants have transfer listed Turan despite having another three-years remaining on his contract.
