Arsenal star duo Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez set to reject combined £30m-per-year in favour of summer exit

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger agreed to a two-year contract extension today according to the BBC.

The Gunners have however, had less luck in convincing Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez to sign a new deal.

The Times report that Alexis Sanchez is keen on a move to Bayern Munich this summer, while Ozil is looking to run down the 12 months remaining on his current contract and leave for free the following season.

Per the source, Sanchez has had no shortage of interest with PSG, Chelsea, Manchester City and Bayern all linked with the Chile international.

Both players have just over 12 months remaining on their contract but have yet to sign an extension.

The Gunners are reported to have offered the star duo a bumper contract deal which would be worth a combined £30 million per-year.
