Arsenal’s star playmaker Mesut Ozil looks to be in high spirits ahead of this weeks Euro 2016 quarter final clash between Germany and Italy.
The Gunners star has provided one assist in four games for Germany so far in Euro 2016 but could have had a few more had his team-mates been less profligate against Northern Ireland in their final group game.
Ozil uploaded a picture of himself on his official Instagram account along with the caption, “A day without football is a day wasted.”
Germany are unbeaten in Euro 2016 so far after defeating Ukraine, Northern Island and drawing with Poland during the group stage.
Ozil is once again expected to start for Germany when they take on the Italian national team tomorrow. However, Liverpool’s Emre Can is once again set to start on the bench and is yet to make an appearance for the Joachim Low’s side this summer.
