Arsenal playmaker Mesut Özil has expressed his excitement ahead of Monday’s clash with Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium.
The Germany international played a staring role in last seasons fixture against the Red’s scoring from a free-kick.

Özil is expected to be included in Arsene Wenger’s starting line-up following an impressive performance against Crystal Palace last weekend.
The 26-year-old joined Arsenal on a record £42.5 million transfer fee and still has three-years left on his contract. The playmaker has established himself as a key player in the current Gunners side and is reported to be happy at the club.
Özil has a total of one assist in two league appearances for the Gunners this season. Özil enjoyed a trophy-laden pre-season winning the Asia Barclays Trophy, Emirates Cup and Community Shield.
