Arsenal’s star playmaker Mesut Ozil want assurances that Arsene Wenger will improve the squad over the summer to make sure the Gunners challenge for silverware next season.
The Sun newspaper states that Ozil wants Wenger to build a title winning side if he is to sign a contract extension with the Gunners.
Both Ozil and Sanchez have two seasons remaining on their contracts and both require convincing if they are to sign an extension.
Ozil provided 19 assist over the league campaign and missed out on equalling the all time Premier League record for goals provided which was set by Arsenal legend Thierry Henry.
The 27-year-old has been called up to the Germany national team which will compete at Euro 2016 this summer in France.
Ozil has 19 assists and eight goals in 45 games for the North London based side this season.
