Arsenal star Mesut Özil has had a pretty decent week. The World Cup winner celebrated his birthday, provided two assists over the weekend and has just won the BT Sport ‘Beat the Bin’ challenge.

Özil was up against Alexis Sanchez and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain but was first to get the ball in the bin and did managed to do it without even looking.

The 27-year-old has stated that he believes he has a sixth sense in the past and after what we just witnessed who could argue with the Gunners playmaker.

“Before you get the ball, you think about where your team-mates and the opposition are likely to be,” Özil was quoted as saying on the official Arsenal website.

Özil has a total of six assists – three in his last two games – and one goal in the Premier League for the Gunners this season.

The 3-0 win over Watford on the weekend took the north London based club into second place just two points behind leaders Manchester City.

The Arsenal playmaker is expected to start against Bayern Munich in the Champions League midweek. The Gunners are currently last in their group after losing their opening two games against Dynamo Zagreb and Olmypiakos.
