Arsenal star swore at staff and kicked door following defeat to Tottenham
Arsenal star Mesut Ozil was in a furious mood following his sides 2-0 defeat at the hands of Tottenham on Sunday.
Ozil allegedly swore at Arsenal’s backroom staff and kicked a door in frustration.
According to the Evening Standard, the 28-year-old was angry after being selected for a random drug test. Per the source, Ozil was spotted throwing his arms in the air when he learned about the test and told club doctor Gary O’Driscoll to “f*** off.”
The Standards states that Ozil is frustrated by the number of times he has been selected to undergo a random drug test.
Ozil played the full 90 minutes during Arsenal’s defeat at the hands of their north London rivals.
The 28-year-old’s contract with Arsenal expires in 13 months. According to Fotospor, Arsenal have set a £42 million price tag on the Germany international.
