Arsenal’s star playmaker Mesut Ozil has decided to spend time with his family on his day off.
The 27-year-old was rested for Arsenal’s clash with Hull City in the FA Cup in order to keep him fully fit for the Gunners encounter with Barcelona next week.
Ozil posted a video of himself playing with his niece Mira on Instagram along with the interesting caption, “uuuu , ahhhhhhh.”
The World Cup winner spoke to his niece in Turkish asking her to try on his cap but she did not seem particularly interested.
The Gunners went on to win the FA cup last season and are looking lift the trophy for three consecutive years.
Ozil has been in impressive form this season with six goals in all competitions as well as 17 assists in the Premier League – the highest in the league.
Arsenal moved two points within leaders Leicester City following their victory over the Foxes last weekend. Ozil provided the assist for his sides winning goal in the final seconds of the game.
