Mesut Ozil is set to return to Arsenal’s starting line-up when they take on their title rivals Chelsea in the Premier League today.

The Germany international was rested for the mid-week clash with Nottingham Forrest in the League Cup which Arsenal won by a 4-1 scoreline.

Wenger has to make a decision regarding his central midfielders today. The French tactician is under pressure to field summer signing Granit Xhaka, who has impressed in recent games or stick with the winning combo of Santi Cazorla and Francis Coquelin.

The north London based club come into todays game on back of consecutive league wins over Southampton and Hull City.

Meanwhile, Chelsea’s impressive start to the season came to an abrupt end following a 2-2 draw to Swansea and a defeat to Liverpool. The Blues did however, defeat Leicester City by a 4-2 scoreline in the League Cup during the week.
