The report states that the Istanbul giants have offered the France international a three year deal. AMK go onto state that Besiktas board member Erdal Torunoğulları has been in talks with the players agent this week.

Fellow Turkish Super Lig club Trabzonspor are also in talks with Cissokho according to Haberturk.

Cisskokho has made 18 appearances in all competitions for Villa this season but spent the first half of the season on loan at Porto.
