Aston Villa v Arsenal: Expected Starting Line Ups – Mesut Ozil set to start

Arsenal take on Aston Villa at Villa Park hoping to build on the momentum gained after beating Olympiakos 3-0 in Greece to book a place in the Champions League Last 16 for the 15th consecutive season.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is expected to start Mesut Ozil who has been in fantastic form of late providing 12 assists in his last 14 league games – the highest in Europe’s top five leagues.

In form striker Olivier Giroud is also set to start after scoring a hat-trick against the Greek giants mid-week.

Villa have not defeated the north London based side at home since the 1998-99 season, when they beat the Gunners 3-2 victory at Villa Park.
