Atiba Hutchinson has apologised to the Besiktas fans for the red card he received during his sides 1-0 victory over Konyaspor on the weekend.

The 31-year-old Canadian international took to Instagram to post his apology.

“I would like to take this opportunity to apologize to our supporters, my team and most importantly my teammates whom I have all let down with yesterday’s incident of bad judgement. I assure everyone it was a mistake that will never repeat itself and I am sincerely sad that I will miss Sundays derby against Galatasaray. I want everyone to know that I WILL be at the game on Sunday to fully support my team in getting the three points that we deserve.”

#Apologies#Thanksforthesupport#3pointsonsunday#StillinIstanbul
