Atletico Madrid are set to make a €7 million bid for Bursaspor midfielder Ozan Tufan according to the Vakit newspaper.
The 20-year-old had an impressive breakthrough season establishing himself as a first team player this season.
Tufan also broke into the Turkish national team and scored on his debut against Denmark in September 2014.
Bursaspor are reported to value the young midfielder at €10 million and rejected all offers for their rising star in January.
Manchester United have also been linked with the Turkish international in recent weeks.
Tufan is being scouted by Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, Juventus and AC Milan according to his father.
“Other big European teams have sent scouts to watch Ozan play…AC Milan, Juventus, Chelsea and both Manchester clubs, City and United,” Mehmet Tufan told Spanish newspaper AS.
The Bursaspor youngster has also been closely linked with Süper Lig sides Trabzonspor, Galatasaray, Fenerbahçe and Beşiktaş.
The 20-year-old midfielder has three goals and nine assists in 41 appearances for Bursaspor this season.
