Reigning Champions League title holders Barcelona travel to London to take on Arsenal in the Last 16 first-leg tie on Tuesday 23 February.
Turkish international star Arda Turan has been left out of the squad due to suspension. The bearded winger was sent off against Real Madrid while playing for Atletico Madrid in the quarter-final stage las season. Turan will be available for the return-leg at the Camp Nou.
The bearded winger started on the weekend in the 2-1 win over Las Palmas helping his side extend their unbeaten run to a record 32 games.
Rafinha was also left out due to injury while Douglas, Sandro and Marc Bartra were left out for technical reasons.
Barca manager Luis Enrique has included Luis Suarez, Messi and Neymar in the 19-man squad.
