Barcelona extend win streak to 10 since Arda Turan debut following Sporting Gijon victory

Barcelona beat Sporting Gijon 3-1 at the Molinon stadium to extend their unbeaten run to a club record 31 games.

Liones Messi scored a brace to reach his 300th goal for the club and Luis Suarez scored his sides other goal.

Arda Turan started for Barcelona and put on an impressive performance on the left side of midfield helping his side maintain possession with a 90 percent pass accuracy.

Turan also worked hard and actually made the highest number of tackles for his side (5).

Barcelona have now won all 10 games Turan has made an appearances in since his debut against Espanyol last month.

The reigning La Liga champions have scored 38 goals and conceded just six times over the 10 games the bearded winger has featured in.

The victory took Barcelona six points clear of second placed Atletico Madrid.
