Barcelona fans slam Arda Turan display against Deportivo on social media

Barcelona followed up their incredible Champions League comeback against PSG with a shock 2-1 defeat against Deportivo La Coruna at the Riazor stadium on Sunday.

The defeat was Barca’s first in five games across all competitions and allowed Real Madrid to move two points clear at the top of the table with an additional game in hand.

Turan played the last 30 minutes of the Champions League second-leg tie against the French giants but was unable to help his side replicate last weeks heroics against Deportivo.

The Turkish international was actually heavily criticised by Barca fans after the game who were left disappointed with his and the teams display.

We took a look at how Barcelona fans reacted to his display on social media.

Turan did not win many friends following his display against Deportivo.

Turan had a big chance to prove himself but Luis Enrique’s decision to give him a starting role backfired.

Poor Arda 🙁
