Arda Turan is on an astonishing 38 match unbeaten run for Barcelona but Turkey are also doing pretty well having gone 13 games without a defeat following their 2-1 win over Austria yesterday.

Turan started for the Crescent-Stars and put on an impressive performance helping his side come from behind to win.

For once we had the chance to praise a Turkish goalkeeper he just happened to be playing for Austria. Turan made the most of Ramazan Ozcan’s blunder lobbing him from just past the half-way line.

Here is the goal from another angle.

Turan’s post match interview did not go down particularly well with Arsenal fans.

The bearded winger has now contributed to eight goals in his last 10 international games – four assists and four goals.

Turan made it onto the official Champions League website with his cheeky lob.

Turan pulled off his trademark goal celebration after finding the back of the net.
