Reigning La Liga champions Barcelona crushed Las Palmas 2-1 at the Estadio Gran Canaria stadium to remain top of the table.
Barca were also able to extend their unbeaten run to 32 games breaking their own record in the process.
Arda Turan started for Barcelona so we thought it would be worth checking out what social media had to say about his performance.
Turan was shown quite a bit of love on the twitter-sphere for winning all 11 out of 11 games since making his debut for Barcelona against rivals Espanyol in the Spanish Cup.

Other fans felt Turan has not quite settled in yet and that he is being played out of position by head coach Luis Enrique.

It was not all doom and gloom however, as some fans did tweet that Turan put on a good performance except for his booking.

There was yet more criticism calling Turan’s performance not Barcelona worthy and that he must improve if he is to stay at the team.
