Barcelona beat Athletic Bilbao 2-1 at the San Mames stadium in the Spanish Cup quarter-final first-leg just days after crushing Los Leones 6-0 over the weekend.
Arda Turan started his fourth game since making his debut in the same competition against rivals Espanyol.
Barcelona have now won all five games in which Turan has featured scoring 18 goals and conceding just twice.
The bearded winger did not provide an assist himself but did play a key role in the opening goal in playing the ball to Rakitic who setup Munir.
We took a look at social media to delve into how Barcelona fans rated the Turkish international winger against Bilbao.
Rakitic may have provided the assist for the opening goal but that did not stop Barcelona fans giving Turan recognition as being the architect behind the attacking move which led to the opener.
The creator of Munir's goal: Arda Turan!!! Assist: Rakitic. Bilbao 0-1 Barcelona! 20 minutes gone. #BunKy

There were also a few jokes about Turan’s ‘boot throwing’ antics after he told a Spanish radio station that his teammates are scared that he may do the same to them if they annoy him.
Turan’s teammate Gerard Pique took part in a Q&A on twitter after the game and was trolled with tweets asking him if he feared the bearded wingers boot.
Arda Turan: "In dressing room, nobody makes jokes at me because they're afraid I'll throw shoes at them."
