Barcelona offer €30m Arsenal target to Serie A giants
Turkey international Arda Turan’s Barcelona future appears to be in doubt.
According to the Italian outlet Corriere dello Sport, Barcelona have offered Turan to Inter Milan. Per the source, the Italian giants have been given first refusal on the Turkey international.
However, Corriere dello Sport goes onto state that Inter are instead focused on signing both Keita Balde from Lazio and PSG’s Javier Pastore.
Turan has been deemed as surplus to requirements by the newly appointed Barcelona boss Ernesto Valverde.
A source close to Turan recently revealed to Turkish-Football that the Turkey international is not interested in a move to China or Turkey. Turan is however, open to a Premier League move.
Meanwhile, the Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo state that Arsenal are interested in signing Turan. However, they have no intention of paying the €30 million price tag set by Barca.
The former Galatasaray star has three-years remaining on his contract with Barcelona. Turan racked up seven assists and 13 goals in 30 appearances for Barcelona last season.
