Arda Turan recently completed his €34 million transfer from Atletico Madrid to Barcelona but should another club wish to sign him within the next five years they will have to make an astronomic €150 million bid.
The Turkish international has a €150 million release clause according to Turkish sports newspaper Fanatik.
The bearded winger was closely linked with Chelsea and Manchester United before his move to the La Liga champions.
The Express reported that Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United are interested in signing the 28-year-old on a short-term loan as he is unable to register as a Barcelona player until January due to the transfer ban.
Turan has been included in the Barcelona US tour squad but will be unable to play any friendly games as a result of the transfer suspension.
The 28-year-old winger signed a five-year deal with Barcelona reported to be worth €8 million per-season.
Turan became the first Turkish international to win the La Liga with Atleti and also lifted the Europa League, the European Super Cup, the Spanish Cup and was part of the side that reached the Champions League final in 2014.
