Barcelona star Arda Turan was closely linked with a move to the Chinese Super League last season however, the La Liga giants rejected an offer for him last season according to Sport.
Per the source, Chinese giants Guangzhou Evergrande and Beijing Guoan are both interested in Turan again this transfer window.
A source close to the player told Turkish-football that Turan does not want to leave Barcelona and that he is happy at the club. Barca are happy with the Turkish international this season and he is expected to stay on unless an offer that is too good to refuse is made.
The former Atletico Madrid star would join the likes of Oscar and Carlos Tevez who both joined the Chinese top-tier over the winter transfer window if he were to make the move.
Turan has had his most successful season in the La Liga over the first half of the campaign scoring 11 goals and providing seven assists in 19 appearances in all competitions.
The 29-year-old attacking midfielder still has another three-years remaining on his contract and the club are in no hurry to sell him in January.
