Barcelona team news: Luis Enrique faces selection headache
Barcelona team news: Manager Luis Enrique is facing a selection headache ahead of this weekend’s clash with Deportivo Alaves in the league.
Spain international Pique has been removed from the squad following several injury concerns which forced him out of first team training this week.
Meanwhile Arda Turan sat out of Barcelona’s training session on Friday due to a groin injury and has been left out of Barca’s trip to Vitoria-Gasteiz.
Rafinha is also out due to a broken nose and Javier Mascherano will sit out with a hamstring problem.
However, Luis Enrique will be boosted by the news that Andres Iniesta is fit to start for the Catalan giants today.
Barcelona confirmed that, Turan, Rafinha, Mascherano and Pique will miss the game on their official Twitter page.
