Barcelona take on Deportivo at the Camp Nou hoping to get their defence of the La Liga title back on track following their 4-3 defeat against Celta Vigo.
Deportivo La Coruna meanwhile won their last game 2-1 against Sporting Gijon snapping a two game losing streak.
Turkish international star Arda Turan will start for Barca and will be facing his former Galatasaray teammate and national team compatriot Emre Colak who has got off to a great start at his new club.
Turan has been in impressive form for the La Liga champions this season scoring five and providing four assists in all competitions.
Colak meanwhile has one assist in his first four La Liga games for Deportivo.
Despite being in good form for their respective sides this season neither player was called up to the Turkish national team call-up over the international break.
