Besiktas’ latest transfer Tolgay Arslan expected in Istanbul tonight

Besiktas’s latest transfer Tolgay Arslan is expected to arrive in Istanbul tonight at 17:25 (GMT) according to NTVSpor.
The 25-year-old will undergo a medical examination and put pen to paper on a three and a half year deal with Besiktas tomorrow.
Arslan will be available for Besiktas’ clash against Mersin İdmanyurdu on Sunday.

Trabzonspor join the race for Arsenal target Tolgay Arslan
The Black Eagles and Trabzonspor had both been in talks with Arslan for the past month. The Germany U21 international was on the verge of joining Trabzonspor however, the Hamburg midfielder accepted a last minute offer from Beşiktaş.
The Germany and Turkey U20 international moved to Hamburg from Dortmund in 2009 on a free transfer.
Arslan has two assists in 15 appearances in all competitions for HSV this season.
The 24-year-old can represent either Turkey or Germany at international level but has vowed to play for the Crescent-Stars.
