Beşiktaş complete signing of Arsenal target Arslan [divider]
Beşiktaş have completed the signing of HSV Hamburg midfielder Tolgay Arslan according to Fanatik.
The 24-year-old took a picture holding a Beşiktaş shirt alongside Black Eagle board members.

Trabzonspor join the race for Arsenal target Tolgay Arslan
Arslan was on the verge of joining Trabzonspor however, the Hamburg midfielder accepted a last minute offer from Beşiktaş.
The Black Eagles and Trabzonspor had both been in talks with Arslan for the past month.
Arsenal had also been keeping close tabs on Arslan according to the Daily Mail.
Arslan is expected to sign a three and a half year deal keeping which would keep him at Beşiktaş until July 2018.
The Germany and Turkey U20 international moved to Hamburg from Dortmund in 2009 on a free transfer.
Arslan has two assists in 15 appearances in all competitions for HSV this season.
The 24-year-old can represent either Turkey or Germany at international level but has vowed to play for the Crescent-Stars.
