Besiktas join the race for West Ham United & Manchester United target Mert Günok

Besiktas have joined the race to sign Fenerbahce’s goalkeeper Mert Günok.

The Turkish sports website Fotomac has stated that Besiktas are interested in the 26-year-old and have established communication with the Turkish international’s representatives.

Beşiktaş are in the market for a new goalkeeper following high profile mistakes from their current number one, Tolga Zengin.

The Black Eagles are currently playing their third choice keeper in goal following injuries to Zengin and Cenk Gönen.
