Besiktas Loan Canada International Cyle Larin To Zulte Waregem

Besiktas have loaned striker Cyle Larin to Belgium side Zulte Waregem according to the TRT Spor newspaper.

The Canada international will join the Belgium side on a one-year loan.

The report claims that Zulte have a €2.5m buyout clause option included in the deal.

Larin joined Besiktas in January 2018 from Orlando City but struggled to settle in scoring just one goal in 12 league games.

In total, the 24-year-old scored four times and provided two assists in 22 appearances for the Black Eagles.

Besiktas have been working towards reducing their wage bill and are likely to part ways with several other players this summer.

The Black-Whites have slashed their wage budget over the past few seasons and have made £27m profit over the past two seasons.
