Adana Demirspor were unable to overtake Beşiktaş and move into second place following the loss.
Beşiktaş will take on Rizespor this evening however, both sides have already secured a place in the Last 16.
The Eagles will take on Kayserispor who finished Group E in first place while Rizespor will take on Süper Lig leaders Fenerbahçe who finished the group second.
Beşiktaş have travelled to the Black Sea town of Rize ahead of their Turkish Cup clash.
Eagles boss Slaven Bilic is expected to rotate his side, giving fringe and youth players a chance to prove themselves against Rizespor.
Bilic is expected to rest Demba Ba, Jose Sosa, Gökhan Töre and other first team players.
The Turkish giants are currently second in the Süper Lig, just one point behind league leaders Fenerbahçe.
