Besiktas have set their signs on Spartak Moscow’s winger Aras Özbiliz according to the Turkish newspaper Hurriyet.
According to the report, Besiktas President Fikret Orman has met with Özbiliz’s father Ihsan Özbiliz to discuss personal terms.
The 24-year-old was born in the Bakırköy district os Istanbul and would not count as a foreign player in the Turkish Super League.

Özbiliz has previously played for the Dutch side Ajax and Russian club Kuban.
The winger has made 15 appearances for the Armenian national team.
Özbiliz scored six goals in 32 appearances for Spartak last season.
