Beşiktaş were closely linked with Cech over the winter transfer window.

Cech has struggled for playing time this season after falling down the pecking order behind Thibaut Courtois but still has one year left on his contract.

Beşiktaş are interested in Cech according football agent Mithat Hali who has ties to Sport Invest International, the company which represent the Chelsea keeper.

“If Cech does become available Beşiktaş would become a potential destination for Beşiktaş and I would support such a move.” Halis told Radyospor.

Chelsea have built strong ties with Beşiktaş recently, Demba Ba and Gökhan Töre are former Blues players.

The London based club also played in a charity fundraiser for the Soma mining disaster against Beşiktaş and Istanbul rivals Fenerbahçe in the summer.
