Bookies have slashed Chelsea’s odds to sign Arda Turan from Atletico Madrid making the Blues favourites to sign the 28-year-old. The London based side have over taken Barcelona to become favourites to sign the Turkish international.
Turan’s odds to sign for Chelsea dropped from 2.00 to 1.80 following his agent’s statement denying negotiations had taken place with Barcelona.
“I have not spoke with anyone from Barcelona these newspaper stories are just rumours,” Bulut told NTV Spor.
“I am not going to say where Arda is going right now it is not the right time I would love to say but in three to four days the club will let you know anyway.”

Turan has made it clear that he wants to leave Atletico this summer and confirmed that his agent is in talks with number of clubs.
The 28-year-old became the first Turkish international to win the La Liga with Atletico Madrid in the 2013-14 season.
The Atleti star has also won the Europa League, European Super Cup and the Spanish Cup with the Rojiblancos. The bearded winger was also part of the Atleti side that reached the 2013-14 Champions League final.
Turan still has two-years left on his current deal and a release clause worth €41 million.
