Arsenal ended a four game winless run with a 2-0 victory over Bournemouth at Dean Court.

Mesut Ozil started for the Gunners and opened the scoring with a well timed powerful shot form just outside the six-year box.

The World Cup winner has now scored six goals in all competitions for the Gunners this season.

Oxlade Chamberlain doubled the away sides lead just 88 seconds later to secure all three points.

Arsenal kept their 22 unbeaten streak against newly promoted Premier League opposition following the win.

The Gunners close the gap with Premier League leaders Leicester City to five points following the victory and have the chance to reduce the gap further next week when they take on the Foxes.
