Bursaspor prepared to sell West Ham target for ‘right price’

Bursaspor have revealed that while there has been no offer from West Ham for Serdar Aziz as of yet they would be prepared to sell him for the right price.

Club president Ali Ay said: “We have not received an official offer but we did tell Serdar Aziz’s agent that we would be willing to sell for the right price.”

The Hammers made an offer for Aziz according to Turkish media agency DHA and reported to be waiting for a response.

West Ham boss Slaven Bilic is familiar with Aziz from his time coaching in Besiktas in Turkey and actually wanted to sign the defender last season.

The Hammers could however, face competition from Besiktas who are once again in the race to sign him.

Aziz has another two-years remaining on his contract and has only played for Bursaspor having risen through the youth academy system at the club.

The young defender has nine international caps and is likely to be join the Turkish national team for the European Championships in France this summer.
