Bursaspor presidential candidate Timur Noyan has revealed that he will try to keep Ozan Tufan at the club.
“If we want to move forward we have to keep our best players and strengthen the squad,” Noyan told Fanatik.
“I do not want to sell our stars, that will be my policy.”
Bursaspor could however, be forced to consider offers for Tufan due to being in financial trouble.
The Green Crocodiles currently value the 20-year-old midfielder at €12 million.
Manchester United are preparing a €12 million bid for Tufan according to the Turkish newspaper Fanatik.
The Turkish international is being scouted by Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, Juventus and AC Milan according to his father.
“Other big European teams have sent scouts to watch Ozan play…AC Milan, Juventus, Chelsea and both Manchester clubs, City and United,” Mehmet Tufan told Spanish newspaper AS.
Former Kasımpaşa manager Shota Arveladze expects Tufan to join the Red Devils in the near future.
“Ozan Tufan could join Manchester United within a short space of time, I know a number of European footballs biggest clubs are keeping close tabs on him,” Arveladze told Fanatik.
