Caglar Soyuncu Will Not Leave Leicester City For Galatasaray

Leicester City defender Caglar Soyuncu continues to be linked with a return to Turkey.

The Takvim newspaper published a story today that Galatasaray have made Soyuncu a loan offer.

The Lions are in the market for a defender after parting ways with Semih Kaya.

The Yellow-Reds have made strengthening the defence a priority after booking a place in the Champions League group stage.

A source close to Soyuncu has however, revealed to Turkish-Football that he does not have plans to move to the Super Lig.

The 22-year-old defender is intent on staying in the Premier League next season and hopes to establish himself as a regular first-team player.

Foxes boss Brendan Rodgers has made it clear to Soyuncu that he does have a place in his plans next term and will play a more important role.

The Turkey international defender struggled for playing time last season making just eight appearances in all competitions.
