Cenk Tosun’s Teammate Drops Massive Hint That He Will Complete Everton Move
Everton are reported to be closing in on a deal for Besiktas striker Cenk Tosun.
The Guardian reported that the Toffees are nearing a £25 million transfer for the prolific forward on a four-and-a-half year deal.
Turkish-Football also confirmed an interest from Everton from sources close to Besiktas.
Besiktas are yet to release an official statement regarding the transfer but Tosun’s teammate Tolgay Arslan dropped a hint regarding his future.
Arslan was asked whether Tosun would be a success at Everton following the 3-1 Turkish Cup win over Osmanlispor on Thursday.

The midfielder responded by saying: “Hahahahahaha, is he going going? I swear he is going to France. No I’m joking, of course he will be a success there.”
Tosun ended up scoring in the Turkish Cup clash and appeared to give a farewell to the fans.
The Turkish international striker was given a standing ovation by the Besiktas faithful after being substituted off for Orkan Cinar.

The Turkish international is expected to celebrate new years in Dubai before completing his move to Everton.
The star striker has 14 goals and three assists in all competitions this season.
