“He’s had two seasons of playing like a great champion, with forty goals in Turkey,” Gardi told Football Italia.

“I won’t rule out him signing on for another season. After that, his objective is to end his career in MLS.

“After retirement? He’d like to become a Coach and he dreams, one day, of coaching Inter.”

The former Cameroon played for Real Madrid, Mallorca, Barcelona, Chelsea and Everton, during his illustrious career.

Eto’o joined Antalyaspor on a free transfer in 2015 and even had a short spell at the club as a player-manager. He won five, drew one and lost two of his games in charge.

The experienced striker star is expected to be back in action for Antalyaspor when they take on Osmanlispor on Monday.
