Chelsea & Man United send official to scout Champions League star in talks with Newcastle
Chelsea and Manchester United are the latest teams to join the race for Turkish international Cenk Tosun according to Fanatik.
Per the source, the Blues and United send scouts to the Champions League clash between Besiktas and Porto.
The report claims that Newcastle United, Tottenham, Roma, Nice, Crystal Palace and Norwich City also sent scouts to the Vodafone Park.
The match ended in a 1-1 draw with Tosun provided a wonderful assist for Anderson Talisca.

The Turkish international striker ended up providing his second assist of the campaign.

Tosun now has four goals and two assists in five Champions League games this season.
Besiktas made history becoming the first Super Lig side to finish the group stage as leaders and they managed to do so with a game left to spare.
Turkish-Football have already reported that Newcastle have been keeping tabs on Tosun and that they have entered talks with his representatives.
Besiktas value the 26-year-old who has another two-years left on his contract as being worth £20 million.
Tosun has a total of 10 goals and three assists in 17 appearances for the Black Eagles this season.
The Germany born striker played a major role in Besiktas winning the league title for the past two seasons.
